Course Objectives

Conflict is an inherent part of our lives which can strengthen relationships when handled well. This program is designed to:

  • Help people understand conflict and develop conflict resolution skills based on the four DISC Personality Profile styles.
  • Help people learn about their own tendencies during conflict and how they are impacting others.
  • Help individuals discover what pushes their buttons and how to flex during times of disagreement.
