ReDISCovering Conflict
Conflict is an inherent part of our lives which can strengthen relationships when handled well. This program is designed to:
- Help people understand conflict and develop conflict resolution skills based on the four DISC Personality Profile styles.
- Help people learn about their own tendencies during conflict and how they are impacting others.
- Help individuals discover what pushes their buttons and how to flex during times of disagreement.
OUR HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Tier 1 (Know Yourself)
Students will learn to lead themselves by understanding where their identity comes from. They will be able to make informed choices based on knowledge of who they are and what they value rather than on peer or society pressure.
Tier 2 (Reach Outward)
Students will become leaders in their families, friends, and schools by building on the skills learned in Tier 1. By valuing who they are, they will develop their ability to understand and draw from the talents of others to improve the world around them.
Tier 3 (Seek Understanding)
Students will become leaders in their community as they build on the skills learned in Tiers 1 and 2. As a senior project, they will implement a Greater Than Yourself project to create change within the community.
NEWS & BLOG
As a nonprofit organization, we help make learning accessible to all students. For every paid tuition by a student in our program, we offer a fully paid scholarship to a qualifying student in need or at risk, giving equal opportunity to those less fortunate that would like to benefit from learning leadership and life skills.
