Raising Resilient Tweens: Tools for Parents in Today’s Society

At YOU Life Skills and Leadership Educational Foundation, we believe that most conflicts between parents and their tweens arise more from personality differences than from attitude. We call this phenomenon “teenitude.”

Participants of this workshop will:

• Learn how identity and their unique personality develop during the tween years
• Discover how personality differences affect behavior
• Understand how people push our buttons and how we push theirs
• Identify why teenitude leads to self-leadership while attitude leads to rebellion
